I-Know QEP Director
Tara Carlisle is director of TAMU-CC's Quality Enhancement Plan, I-Know, that aims to strengthen students' digital information literacy skills. She received a Master of Science in Information Science and Master of Arts in Art History from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Texas A&M University.

Instructional Design Librarian
Eric Cosio is the I-Know Instructional Design Librarian. The Instructional Design Librarian provides support to faculty, staff, and students to facilitate the integration of digital information literacy into the undergraduate curriculum at TAMU-CC.
Eric received a Master of Science in Applied Information Technology from Towson University, a Master of Library and Information Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rutgers University.
