University Health Center

The University Health Center provides TAMU-CC students quality comprehensive services, integrating clinical treatment, health education, preventive services and public health responsibilities. Services are confidential, student-centered, ­and tailored to the diverse needs of our Islanders.

The University Counseling Center promotes student well-being and success. We offer free and confidential professional counseling as well as online mental health resources to currently enrolled students. Our services are safe and confidential and are designed to be personalized and relevant for each individual Islander.

I-TEAM

The I-TEAM peer educators inform the Islander community on a wide range of health-related topics, with specific focus on the prevention of abuse of alcohol and other drugs. They promote healthy behavior, and inspire students to make positive choices.

Recreational Sports

Everything Islanders need to stay active, healthy and well. Need a workout? Visit the Dugan Recreation Center free weights, cardio equipment, a running track, rock wall, and NCAA-sized basketball courts. Check out the personal training, group fitness classes, intramural sports, and club teams.

Izzy’s Food Pantry provides TAMU-CC students with a convenient site to obtain food assistance when needed, helps ensure that students who are food insecure are able to meet their nutritional needs and minimize adverse impacts on their academic progress and success
