Sponsored Research Administration
The Office of Sponsored Research Administration (OSRA) supports the management and oversight of externally sponsored projects after an award has been received. OSRA works with principal investigators, departments, and administrative units to ensure sponsored funds are managed in accordance with sponsor, university, state, and federal requirements.
Pre-award activities, including proposal development, proposal review, proposal submission, and award negotiation and acceptance, are coordinated through Texas A&M Sponsored Research Services (SRS) and the Office of Research and Development (ORD).
Upon receipt of an award, OSRA provides the fiscal and administrative framework necessary to establish, manage, monitor, and close sponsored project accounts.
