About Us
Student Support Services-STEM is a federally funded TRIO program that supports income eligible, first generation students, and students with documented disabilities majoring in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) and Health related fields.
The goal of SSS-STEM is to assist students needing additional support and guidance with comprehensive FREE services to maximize their potential and earn a baccalaureate degree. Services are tailored to meet a student's academic, financial, and career needs including:
- Academic Tutoring/Coaching
- Advice and Assistance in Postsecondary Education
- Private Computer Lab with Free Printing
- Financial and Economic Literacy
- Scholarship and Financial Aid Assistance
- Assistance with Graduate School Applications
- Engaging and Academic Field Trips
- Skill Improvement Workshops
- Laptop and Calculator Lending
