- Who do I contact for help?
- Your department administrator, chair, program coordinator, and/or Human Resources are good places to start, depending on the assistance needed.

- What is SAIL?
- SAIL (Secure Academic Information Link) is the online portal for Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi (TAMU-CC) students. It serves as a central hub for accessing and managing various aspects of a student's academic and financial information.
- This is also where faculty can access their assigned course information and student rosters and submit census reporting and midterm/final grades.
- Where is my classroom?
- Check out the campus map. If you don't know your assigned classroom, check out SAIL.
- What equipment is in my classroom, and how do I use it?
- Please visit the Information Technology Classroom and Teaching Support page for more information. They can provide guidance.
- What library resources are available for adjunct faculty?
- Bell Library is here to support your teaching and research. Please visit the Library Resource Guide for Faculty.
- Where do I park?
- Parking Services
- The CFE provides parking for less than 50% adjunct faculty. Contact your department admin to share the link for you to register.
- How do I get keys/card swipe access?
- Reach out to your department administrators. Your department admin will request keys/card swipe access, but you must pick them up in person with your TAMUCC ID from UPD.

- Do I have access to an office on campus?
- Check with your department administrator, program coordinator, or chair for the location of adjunct office space, if available.
- Where can I get coffee on campus?
- Familiarize yourself with the on-campus dining options with Islander Dining
- Starbucks (located in Faculty Center) and Driftwood Coffee (located in O'Connor) are two options.
- There are not enough chairs in my classroom. What do I do?
- Contact your department's admin for guidance if you find your classroom is not equipped as expected.
- Is there a textbook already ordered?
- First, look up your course in the TAMU-CC Campus Bookstore's textbook finder.
- If no textbook is listed or to obtain a desk copy, check with your department's admin.
- Is there a sample syllabus that I can see?
- Check with your department's admin for a course-specific syllabus example and/or template.

- How can I request a class session with a librarian?
- Visit the Library’s Instruction and Workshop webpage and complete the request form linked there.
- Who is my subject librarian?
- Visit the Library Guide list. There is a guide for each subject, and each guide will list the librarian/librarian team assigned to it.
- Who do I contact if I cannot log into my email?

- Contact the IT HelpDesk if you need support with your email or campus technology.
- I've signed my contract, but I still don't know my email address. Who should I contact?
- Please reach out to Information Technology for assistance.
- I have a disability, and I would like to request accommodations. Who do I speak to about this?
- Please reach out to Human Resources.
- Who do I contact to get training on CANVAS?
- Please contact Digital Learning and Academic Innovations (DLAI) to request training on CANVAS.
- Canvas is a web-based learning management system (LMS) designed to support fully online courses or provide a space for face-to-face course supplementation. Canvas is TAMU-CC's supported web-based teaching and learning platform.
- How do I find out about emergencies on campus?
- Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi uses the Code Blue Emergency Notification System, a comprehensive alert system that can connect with students, faculty, and staff during emergencies. The notifications include emails, texts, and pre-recorded messages, as appropriate. Emergencies can include severe weather warnings, threats, school closures, delays, evacuations, and other incidents that disrupt regular campus activities.
- I am concerned about a student in my class. Who do I contact?
- If you are concerned about the well-being of a student, please reach out to Care & Assistance and/or email deanofstudents@tamucc.edu.
