• Protect University Data – Never enter confidential student, employee, or financial data into public AI tools.
• Follow Regulations – Comply with TAMU‑CC AI Guidelines, IT security standards, and System Regulation 29.01.05.
• Keep Accessibility in Mind – Use AI tools that all team members can access.
