International Pathway Program
The International Pathway Program supports international students as they gain the academic English skills, cultural knowledge, and foundation to succeed at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
We understand how challenging and confusing it can be to move to a new country and attend school far away from family and friends. Therefore, we provide our students with intensive, holistic support in a wide range of areas including:
- Visa interview preparation
- Free airport pick up services
- Applying for housing
- Planning your schedule & registering for classes
- Opening a bank account
- Academic support in your university classes
- Applying for scholarships
- Applying for campus jobs
- Making connections with other students
- Adjusting to a new culture, community, & the US system of higher education
As a student in the International Pathway Program, you will begin earning credit toward your degree from Day One. At the same time, our academic English classes, taught by TESOL experts, will give you the skills and knowledge you need to be successful at the university and in your future careers. Students who complete our program have the highest GPA’s on campus when compared to both domestic and other international students.
