HPAC information
Students: New deadline is March 1 at 5:00pm. Submit all completed forms to prehealth_education@tamucc.edu. All documents must be sent as attachments as PDF or .doc files, photos should be sent as .JPEG. All forms must be completely filled out and signed:
- Three TMDSAS essays
- Resume (updated)
- HPAC Authorization and Personal Information Sheet
- HPAC Assessment Questionnaire (Deadline is March 1st)
- If you are a re-applicant through HPAC, you must complete the HPAC Update Form.
- Professional Photo (headshot).
- Proof of registration for the MCAT or DAT.
- If your BCPM GPA is less than 3.5, then you'll need an MCAT of 505/DAT of 200 or more to be eligible for HPAC interview and LOE preparation.
Students and their Letter-Writers:
Ask your Letter writers to prepare your leters following the criteria listed in the TMDSAS Evaluation Form. New deadline for submitting letters is April 1 at 5:00pm. Submit to prehealth_education@tamucc.edu
