Outdoor Adventures Trip Registration and Cancellation Information
Registration Information
For trips of three days or less in length, full payment is due at registration to reserve a space. For trips of four or more days, a deposit of at least $100 is due in order to reserve a space. The remaining balance is due prior to the pre-trip meeting. Some extended trips with more elaborate travel or equipment may require a larger deposit and earlier final payment deadline. Please check the trip flyer or website for payment information. Alcohol and drugs are not allowed on any outdoor trip.
Cancellation Information
Participants who cancel before 2 pm the day of the PreTrip meeting will receive a full refund. This cancellation must be communicated to the Outdoor Coordinator, whose contact information is provided upon registration.
If the trip is canceled due to low participation, then a full refund will be issued to
all registered participants at the time of registration cut off. Any cancellations after 2 pm but before 5 pm the day of the PreTrip Meeting will allow for partial refund (at the discretion of the Outdoor Coordinator), but any cancellation made after the PreTrip Meeting will be ineligible for a refund.
