Your IslandID and password are required to access most University resources. These credentials are issued during the hiring process, and you will receive an email with instructions to claim your account 24–48 hours after completing HR onboarding. Once you receive the email from My IslandID, follow the link below and select “New User?” to claim your account. Please allow 30 minutes after completing the claim process before attempting to log in, to avoid account lockouts.
Note: Faculty and staff lose access to their IslandID and Office 365 (including email) on their separation date from the University.
