Charging Books to Financial Aid

A student can use their excess financial aid to charge books at the Campus Store up to $750, provided that all financial aid required documentation and processes have been completed, and the student is enrolled.  Excess financial aid is any aid (excluding B-on-Time, CAL and ALT loans) remaining after tuition and fees and any required meal plan (students residing in on-campus housing) have been paid.  If the student has also requested that their excess financial aid to be applied toward their campus housing, aid will be applied to charges that hit their student account first.  Once a student's financial aid has disburse to their student account charging will not longer be available due to the refund process beginning shortly thereafter.
