Ad Astra Schedule, Align, and Monitor is the scheduling and analytical tool utilized for constructing course schedules and managing classroom scheduling. Access to all software is requested through the Office of the Registrar's scheduling team at schedule@tamucc.edu .

 Census Date Reporting

The Census Date is the date defined by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) on which an official and final enrollment count is recorded for submission to THECB. The actual day on which the Census Date falls, is determined by the length of the term.

Midterm Grading

Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi understands that students require timely feedback on their academic progress during the semester. As such, faculty members shall post midterm grades for all undergraduate courses conducted in the long semesters (e.g., Fall, Spring). This procedure outlines the responsibilities of staff and faculty for posting midterm grades.  

Final Grading

Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi uses a standard set of grades and grading symbols to mark academic progress. Grades for courses shall be reported by the symbols found here:

To accurately describe what courses are being offered to students, to more easily track and account for courses, to comply with state and federal laws related to the offering of online and other distance education courses, and to collect appropriate fees, the University needs to provide each course with a valid Instructional Method and Attendance Method designation.
