Registration Forms, Policies, and Guidelines
How to Access Registration Forms, Policies & Guidelines?
- Log in to your APS account using your APS login credentials.
(Visit https://www.aps.org and click “Log In” in the top right corner.) - Once logged in, navigate to your APS profile.
- In the menu bar on the left-hand side, locate and click on “Registration.”
- Under the Registration section, select “Forms, Policies & Guidelines.”
This will take you to the relevant resources for APS meeting registration.

Creating an APS Account: Select “Don’t Have an APS Account” at the bottom of the page
Student Registrants: In order to receive the correct registration rate, make sure your account is updated properly. You can update this by logging into your my.aps.org account: https://my.aps.org/studentupdate
- Change the “Are you a student” flag to “Yes”.
- Update the expected degree and graduation date.
