Compliance & Ethics Week began in 2005 to highlight the importance of compliance and ethics in support of the national observance.

The guiding principles for the campus observance are: Awareness, Recognition, and Reinforcement.

Our office is committed to professional development by providing various types of training to individuals, departments, and all university members to achieve work-related competencies, performance, and job fulfillment.  We provides various types of professional training and opportunities to network and share specialized information with all our work colleagues.  Call us at (361) 825-5826 for more information.

Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi Professional Development Program extends the University’s Training and Development resources to the Coastal Bend community. Professional Development Program trainers, facilitators, and field professionals respond to the needs of your workforce with practical, application-oriented programs that deliver real-world results.  

Our Professional Development Program provides professional training, certificate programs, and workshops on the University campus for individuals and small groups. TAMU-CC has partnered with major corporations such as Franklin-Covey and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) to provide courses. The certificate programs help professionals prepare for national certificate exams and maintain professional credentials and offer continuing education credits.
