The PAC invites you to join the award-winning National Geographic photojournalist and visual storyteller, Brian Skerry, to explore the ocean’s depths through stunning imagery of marine wildlife and underwater environments. Since 1998, he’s produced over 30 National Geographic features, earned the title of Outstanding Nature Photographer of the Year in 2025 and won an Emmy for Secrets of the Whales.

In Ocean Soul, Skerry shares stunning imagery and powerful stories from his assignments, taking audiences on a breathtaking journey beneath the waves — from vibrant coral reefs to the haunting stillness of the deep sea. His work has appeared in more than 30 National Geographic stories and earned recognition from the BBC Wildlife Photographer of the Year, the World Press Photo competition, and the Explorers Club.

On April 22, 2026, Skerry will bring his camera and voice to the stage of the Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi Performing Arts Center, inspiring audiences to see the ocean not only as a source of wonder but also as a shared responsibility.
