NOTICE:  Should any employee have concerns about their pay, please direct your questions to payroll@tamucc.edu or 361-825-3231 for assistance.  Please include name, UIN, department for which work was performed, and a detailed description of your concern.

Complaints:

TAMUCC complies with the salary basis requirements of the FLSA. Therefore, we prohibit all managers from making any improper deductions from the salaries of exempt employees. We want employees to be aware of this and that TAMUCC does not allow deductions that violate the FLSA.  If you believe that an improper deduction has been made to your salary, you should immediately report this information to your direct supervisor, or to the Employee Development & Compliance Services department (X5826) to file a complaint.  Reports of improper deductions will be promptly investigated. If it is determined that an improper deduction has occurred, you will be promptly reimbursed for any improper deduction made.
