Equipment Check Out

Items such as blood pressure cuffs, stethoscopes, otoscopes, and other equipment may be checked out for two weeks at a time from the SCLC. Please fill out the Check-out Form and bring with you to the lab.

Scheduling Requests

Students needing to schedule time in the lab for skills practice, remediation, or group work may do so by:

• To schedule an open lab: Request Link
• A confirmation email will be sent once request is reviewed and approved.
• For CPR, ccomplete the online AHA HeartCode BLS course. 
• Step 2: Purchase and complete a hands-on-session in the SCLC. Cost is $30 and can be purchased at: TAMUCC Market

CPR Certification for Faculty and Staff

The CONHS is a Training Site for the American Heart Association. The SCLC conducts AHA BLS certification courses for faculty and staff.

• Step 1: Purchase and complete the online AHA HeartCode BLS course. 
• Step 2: Purchase and complete a hands-on-session in the SCLC. Hands-on session can be purchased at:  TAMUCC Market Place

One of our staff will be in contact as soon as possible to discuss options with you. Requests for tours and events should be submitted at least three months in advance of requested dates. Availability of space is dependent on the scheduling of learning activities for our students as they are our first priority.
