Current Resident Resources

To submit a maintenance request please follow the following instructions:

1. Visit the Resident Portal
2. Select Login
   • Login with your TAMU-CC Credentials
3. Select Room Maintenance
4. Select New Job
5. Select Room
6. Go to General
   • Select Maintenance Category
   • Select Item
   • Fill out Description
     
     • When filling this out please be as descriptive as possible. 
   • Attach photos if necessary 
7. Click Submit

Create Account

1. Visit https://tamucc.hed.boldyn.com
2. Select Sign In
3. Pick an Account Type*

Connecting your Mobile Device

1. Open Wifi Settings 
2. Select the network
   • MyResNet-5G
3. Enter your WiFi Password or Security Key
4. Forget the MyResNet-Start-Here network if you had connected to it previously

Connecting your PC and/or Mac

1. Connect to "MyResNet Start Here" from your available wireless networks.
2. Open a browser to access the portal.
3.  Once you have your account set-up, please forget “MyResNet Start Here” from your list of wireless networks.
4. Select “MyResNet-5G” from your list of wireless networks and enter your password.

 How to set up your SandDollar$ card with your lock:

1. Tap 
   Hold your SandDollar$ card to the card reader once. A red light will appear on the reader. 

2. Wait 
   Wait exactly 30 seconds. Do not tap your card again during this time. Doing so will reset the process and you’ll need to start over. 

3. Tap Again 
   After 30 seconds, tap your SandDollar$ card on the reader a second time. A green light will appear, and the door will unlock.

Once you complete the initial set up, all you have to do is tap your card and your door will unlock!

How to set up your SandDollar$ card on your device:

 Students can now add their SandDollar$ ID directly to their smartphone using the GET Mobile app. Once added, your mobile SandDollar$ card can be used for access and purchases across campus.

To get started, download the GET Mobile app.

After downloading, log in with your Islander credentials and follow the prompts to add your SandDollar$ ID to your phone.
