YOUR Mobile SandDollar$ ID
Your SandDollar$ ID card is now available on iPhone, Apple Watch, and other eligible Android phones.
SandDollar$ is available to all enrolled students and current employees. Tap your iPhone, Apple Watch, or other eligible Android devices at readers across campus to conveniently use your SandDollar$ ID. Your SandDollar$ acts just like your physical card and now you can add it to your preferred digital wallet.
Getting Started
Minimal set up is required to use your SandDollar$ ID. Most users can begin using their SandDollar$ on their phone in minutes. An approved photo is required
Photo Submission/Preparation
- Once you have received your TAMU-CC SandDollar$ Account please submit your photo to be displayed on your SandDollar$.
- Review our photo requirements: https://www.tamucc.edu/finance-and-administration/auxiliary-services/sanddollar/id-photo-submission.php
- Upload a photo for your Mobile ID: https://mysanddollars.tamucc.edu/student/photo_upload/photo_upload.php
- Photos will generally be approved within 1-2 business days.
- If you haven’t done so already, set up your SandDollar$ Account and multi-factor authentication login at https://universityservices.tamucc.edu/register

Can I use my SandDollar$ without cellular signal?
Your SandDollar$ can be used even if your device does not have cellular signal, as the SandDollar$ is stored on your device. If you are having any difficulty using your mobile ID to complete a transaction, report any issues to the SandDollar$ Office at sanddollar@tamucc.edu or call 361.825.5978 so we can investigate.
I am not having success adding my SandDollar$ to my digital wallet. Who can help me?

How do I use my Meal Swipes or Dining Dollars on my account from my phone?
The same way you have always used your plastic card -- simply tap the reader with your phone instead of your card.
