1. Are you offering any free activities?
While some events planned for Family Weekend have a fee associated to participate, there are many free events.  Please visit the activities link for more details.

2. Who can attend?
We invite all of our Islander family to attend including parents, siblings, extended, and chosen family.

3. Do I have to pre-register?
We strongly encourage that you pre-register! 

4. Can I register onsite?
Yes, onsite registration will be available. Be advised that some events have limited seating, and pre-registration will help to ensure you are able to attend specific events.

5. When do I receive my Family Weekend package?
You will receive your Family Weekend package at check-in. It will include a schedule of events, a t-shirt (while supplies last) and other helpful information.

6. What if I require special ADA accommodations?
All facilities on the campus of A&M-Corpus Christi are ADA compliant.  If you require additional ADA assistance while on campus, please let us know when you check-in.

7. Where can I park?
Parking on Friday, October 8, free parking is available in the Jellyfish, Turtle Cove, and Seahorse lots. Saturday, October 9, free parking is available on any lot on campus, including the parking garage. Click here to download a printable map of available parking lots.

8. Where do I check-in?
Friday check-in will be held at the University Center Anchor Ballroom. For those that were not able to check-in on Friday, Saturday check-in will be held at the University Center Information Desk.

9. Where can I stay?
Corpus Christi offers a wide variety of nationally branded lodging options as well as non-traditional lodging.  Please visit our Travel and Lodging section to learn more about these options, proximity to University activities and other information.

10. Will alcohol be served at activities?
Alcohol will not be served at activities.

11. Do you have a smoking policy?
The use of tobacco products, smoking, and/or simulated smoking material (e.g. e-cigarettes) is prohibited, except in designated areas, in and on all university properties, residence facilities, university vehicles, and athletic events.
