High Performance Computing at TAMUCC
Welcome to HPC!
You have arrived at the home of Texas A&M Corpus Christi's High Performance Computing initiative.
High Performance Computing (HPC) provides TAMUCC researchers and students with massive computation power that allows users to perform scientific research utilizing big data and intensive computing power.
The HPC is made up of a number of computing nodes linked together as a single system. A job submission interface makes it easy for users to benefit from the HPC resources without having to learn all the ins and outs of the system.
What Can HPC Do For Me?
Whether you are working with massive genetic datasets, performing intensive statistical models, or running advanced physical simulations: utilizing HPC resources could save you weeks of computing time.
A plethora of parallel scientific tools are already installed on the system, as well as coding environments such as R and Matlab.
Developers have many compilers to choose from, such as the Fortran and C compilers from Intel.
Our system administrators are available for handling additional software requests.
