Grade K-5 information
Each student will need to individually register (with parent assistance), whether they are part of a team project or are entering an individual project. Students will be able to indicate if they participating as a team or an individual at the time of registration. We will send the student registration link to schools in December. The link is not available publicly.
Each team member MUST register separately. The link to student Regional Fair registration is ONLY available through your school/teacher or district.
Student registration final deadline is February 2, 2026.
- After districts have completed the District Project Registration Form, a link for student registration will be provided to the contact person designated by the district.
- Districts need to make sure that they have a process for distributing this link to the students who are advancing to the Regional Fair. Parents will need to help complete these forms as there are permissions within the document that can be signed electronically.
- During student registration, we are inviting parents to give us permission to use registration data for a research project aimed toward increasing participation in science fairs. Permission to participate in the research project is not required for participation in the fair.
