Some students may have their application fee waived based on evidence of financial need. Students will be considered for a waiver if they can provide the Office of Recruitment and Admissions with any one of the following:

A copy of an approved SAT fee waiver.
A copy of an approved ACT fee waiver.
A letter (on official letterhead) from a high school counselor, social worker, or financial aid advisor explaining their financial situation and the reason for needing a waiver.

Fee waivers can be emailed to admiss@tamucc.edu or an admissions counselor. Fee waivers can be faxed to 361.825.5887 or physically mailed to the address below:
