Photography, Minor
The Photography minor is intended for all students interested in photography. Photographic images infiltrate nearly all aspects of contemporary society from Art + Design, Architecture, Advertising, Journalism, and Media, to Education, Politics, Criminal Justice, Health and Science.
In this program, students will learn the fundamental techniques of deliberate picture-making in order to create series and stories in images. They will also engage with the history, theory, and contemporary dialogues surrounding the medium through lectures, readings, and critiques.
Program Details
Throughout the program students will be guided in the production of a professional portfolio of images, in accordance with their interests and ability.
