Photography, Minor

The Photography minor is intended for all students interested in photography. Photographic images infiltrate nearly all aspects of contemporary society from Art + Design, Architecture, Advertising, Journalism, and Media, to Education, Politics, Criminal Justice, Health and Science.

In this program, students will learn the fundamental techniques of deliberate picture-making in order to create series and stories in images. They will also engage with the history, theory, and contemporary dialogues surrounding the medium through lectures, readings, and critiques.
