While evaluations are not mandatory, participation is strongly encouraged as they are critical for improving the educational experience. When do course evaluations start and end? No, all survey responses are kept confidential, and faculty will only have access to aggregated reports once final grades are submitted. What do instructors see after I complete my course evaluation? Instructors only receive an aggregated report 30 days after the course ends. Instructors never receive individual student answers to any question. What if I am the only student in the course? Only course evaluations that had 3 or more response rates will be given an aggregated report for that course. When will the instructor see the report? 30 days after the semester ends, an aggregated report is emailed to the instructor for each course that met the minimum response rate threshold. The instructor listed on my survey(s) didn't teach my class, OR… One of my instructors/TA’s seems to be missing from my dashboard, what should I do?
