Course evaluation reports are based on how they are built in Banner. If courses are merged in Canvas, the course evaluation are not merged.
If there are multiple instructors assign to a course in Banner, each instructor will have their own evaluation.
30 days after the course end date, you will receive an email link to your evaluations.
To protect student confidentiality, only course evaluations with 3 or more response will have a report generated.
Yes, the College Dean, associate/assistant dean and department chair have access to your course evaluations through the course evaluation website, Interfolio and a Tableau course evaluation dashboard.
