Course Evaluations FAQ for Faculty

There are two ways faculty can access previous course evaluations:

1. Login Here and follow these Survey Instructions
2. Login to interfolio and follow these Interfolio Instructions.

Yes, you can view the number of participants and number of respondents by going here (hyperlink)

Each course gets their own course evaluation.

Course evaluation reports are based on how they are built in Banner. If courses are merged in Canvas, the course evaluation are not merged.

If there are multiple instructors assign to a course in Banner, each instructor will have their own evaluation.

30 days after the course end date, you will receive an email link to your evaluations.

To protect student confidentiality, only course evaluations with 3 or more response will have a report generated.

Yes, the College Dean, associate/assistant dean and department chair have access to your course evaluations through the course evaluation website, Interfolio and a Tableau course evaluation dashboard.

There are three ways students can access their course evaluations:

1. Through a link in their university email when course evaluations start.
2. Logging into Canvas and going here (hyperlink?)
3. By logging directly into the course evaluation system Blue Survey Administration Link
