Faculty and Instructors

Please contact us in advance if you are interested in scheduling a class visit or learning what departmental materials complement your course. Special Collections staff work with faculty to choose relevant materials and develop a plan for class visits and subsequent student support.

If your students plan to conduct an oral history project, please contact us in advance so we may provide the necessary forms and guidance.

Students

You are always welcome to visit Special Collections to conduct research with the archival collections. We will help you locate materials that fit your research needs.

The annual Dr. Hector P. Garcia Fellowship worth $1000 is available to researchers who wish to visit Special Collections and Archives to use the Hector P. Garcia papers in their research.

Internship and practicum opportunities can be arranged with students in a variety of disciplines. Please contact us for more information.
