Project Helios
For the implementation of Workday, Project Helios was the winning entry in a naming contest. Of all the project names submitted, Texas A&M System thought it best described the mission and goals and the benefits Workday brings to the A&M System.
After a long night, and technological dark ages, Helios, the God of the Sun, is coming to the A&M System and he’s bringing the light of a new day with him – Workday!!
