SPRING 2024 NEW GRADUATE STUDENT ORIENTATION

 For the spring 2024 semester, the College of Graduate Studies will offer new students two options for graduate student orientation. Students can participate in a virtual orientation scheduled for Tuesday, January 9, 2024, or attend an in-person orientation on Thursday, January 11, 2024. Students who wish to participate in both may submit registrations for both dates.

The College of Graduate Studies Orientation is not mandatory but highly encouraged. Several colleges and programs also offer their own separate Orientations, which are, in many cases, required. Please check with your program about any orientation events specific to your program or college.

Orientation sessions will introduce new students to campus as well as services and expectations for graduate students.

Virtual New Graduate Student Orientation

• Date: Tuesday, January 9, 5-7 p.m.
• Location: Virtual (Online Session Links will be sent on January 8th)

On-Campus New Graduate Student Orientation

• Date: Thursday, January 11, 4:30-7 p.m.
• Location: University Center, Anchor Ballroom A
