To set up your refund preference with BankMobile, log into SAIL and follow these steps:

1. Click on Student
2. Click on Student Account
3. Select Student Refunds
4. Follow the prompts to set up your BankMobile preference
   • Create a user profile with a personal email address (it is recommended that you do not use your school email address. Please note that if you have an account set with another university, you will need to create a new account using a different personal email)
   • When asked to enter your birthdate, enter it as a six-digit number with no slashes or dashes: MMDDYY
   • You have a choice among the following preferences:
     • Direct deposit to an existing bank account
     • Paper check issued by mail
     • Open a BankMobile checking account
