They won’t be able to see any merit actions on employees until the merit process in complete, mid/late August. The budget office does have a report that they will be sending out to business staff beginning in early-August. However, you are able to download the submission into excel by choosing Archive from your inbox, select the submitted process, and choose More Details. This should bring up a template similar to what you filled out for your merit recommendations. In the top right choose the excel button and a file will be created, the information your business staff needs is on the second tab.
