You will receive an email with a barcode or pin number to retrieve your package from the parcel locker.If you have an oversized package you will receive an email to pick up your package at the SandDollar$ side window during business hours. You will need your Sanddollar ID card and show the email with your tracking number(s) to receive your package.

As an authorized Postal Service agent we are not authorized to discuss over the phone the contents of any particular box. This is to ensure the safety and security of our customers. 

For the safety and privacy of our customers, students must send an email to sanddollar@tamucc with the name of the individual picking up the package in their place. The individual must provide a valid ID. 

Mail will only be accepted and delivered with your matching name on it.

Yes, Mail Services is a full-service mail center for the entire campus, community, and visitors to utilize.

For packages or larger items, you may use FedEx services or other USPS package services all available at the mail center located in the University Center next to Breakers.

Mail Services only Accepts:  Sanddollar, Cash, Credit, Debit, Apple Pay and Checks.

Mail Services is open Monday – Friday 8:30 am-4:30 pm.

SandDollar Mail Services processes mail Monday through Friday, our location is not open on the weekends. Next-day orders placed on Friday will not be delivered until Monday. SandDollar Mail receives all mail, packages, and deliveries, couriers are not allowed to deliver directly to students at their University residence. Perishables delivered to SandDollar Mail will be placed on a refrigerator and the student will be notified for pickup, no perishables (including groceries) are accepted during weekends or University Holidays.
