Bridget A Brundrett, RPLS
Adjunct FacultyEmail: bridget.brundrett1@tamucc.edu
Bridget originally started in the family business of surveying at age 15 working in the field with her father. After serving in the U.S. Army and working for the Texas General Land Office, Bridget came back home to Rockport to work as President of Griffith & Brundrett Surveying & Engineering, Inc. She is a proud Rockport-Fulton High School graduate and graduated from Texas A&M University - College Station, with a Bachelor of Science. Bridget is a fully licensed Registered Professional Land Surveyor (Reg. No. 6073) and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, analyzing and interpreting field data and preparing final surveys. Bridget enjoys sharing her vast knowledge in the field by teaching surveying classes at Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi. She is married and has a son, 4 dogs and 2 cats. Bridget is a member of the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors (TSPS), life member in the Disabled American Veterans (DAV), Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), and American Legion.
Bryan Gillis

Angela Weller, RPLS
Adjunct FacultyEmail: angela.weller@tamucc.edu
Angela Weller, RPLS currently serves as President of Chapter 11 of the TSPS (Texas Society of Professional Surveyors). As an active member of TSPS, she has also created, supported, and presented seminars for educational events and currently chairs three state-level TSPS committees: Membership, Education, and Convention. Her academic background is in architecture, holding a bachelor in Environmental Design from Texas A & M University in College Station. When in school, she was invited to apply for a position at a local surveying firm. That year, Angela was introduced to the land surveying profession. In 2000, she fell in love with it when TxDOT work hit her desk. Since then, Angela earned her registration in 2007. Armed with registration, she persuaded her company's young transportation engineering service area to give her team a shot. This revenue stream grew from zero to millions in active contracts in 2025. She has also opened the Houston surveying office for her firm in 2014. That group now approaches 100. She has presented to hundreds of interns and students (both in surveying and engineering), has held lunch and learn workshops for hundreds of transportation engineers, and has completed extremely large projects for hundreds of private and public sector engineers throughout the State of Texas. Modestly estimating, Angela has completed hundreds of miles and hundreds of thousands of acres of surveys throughout the State of Texas, always learning something new from every project.
