SUMMER 2023 GRADUATES

RSVP for commencement opens

June 15, 11:59 p.m.

Last day to apply for graduation – regular fee ($40)

July 16, 11:59 p.m.

RSVP for commencement closes (last day to request to participate in the ceremony). Graduates can continue to apply for graduation to receive their degree without participating in the commencement ceremony.

July 16, 11:59 p.m.

Last day to apply for graduation for name to appear in commencement-related materials.

July 28, 11:59 p.m.

Last day to apply for graduation – late fee ($55)

August 11

Last day to update mailing address and personal information in S.A.I.L. for diploma printing and mailing.

August 12, 10:00 a.m.

Commencement ceremony

August 25

Deadline to submit transcripts for transfer credit

September 11, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Diplomas available for pickup in UC

September 25

Diplomas mailed out

Graduates will receive an email when diplomas are available to be picked up. Diplomas that are not picked up during the designated pick-up period will be automatically mailed to the graduate’s permanent address listed on S.A.I.L. Graduates are encouraged to check their S.A.I.L. account and make sure their address is up to date. Graduates are also responsible for checking any academic holds on their S.A.I.L. account. Financial Aid and/or Business Office holds will prevent you from receiving your transcript and diploma.
