Biography

Mrs. DeLatte graduated from Baylor University in 2001 with a BBA in Accounting and a Masters of Accountancy and became a Certified Public Accountant in Texas in 2003.  She spent over ten years working for publicly-traded companies in various accounting and finance roles where she created, reviewed, and analyzed financial statements for a $350 million joint venture, partnered with the executive officers in making strategic decisions, and prepared all documents for the external audit.  Her work on the Landed Cost Project improved systems and processes that cut expenses by over a million dollars a month and led to the accurate valuation of inventory.  She became an Adjunct Faculty member at Texas A&M Corpus Christi in January 2013 and joined the faculty full-time in 2018.  She currently lives in Portland with her husband and two children.
