The submission will no longer be in the Pending Table.
The color coded status will change from “Draft” to “Pending – Submitted for Initial Review”.
iRIS uses color coded “statuses” to classify where a submission is in the review process.
By default the Principal Investigator receives all study notifications.
You can control who else gets study notifications in the application form when you setup study personnel by indicating the study team member is also a study contact.
Any listed study personnel with “yes” selected to “would you like to include as a study contact?” will also receive study notifications.

Yes. If your administrative staff has an iRIS account, then you can look them up to add to the submission and indicate they are a Study Contact only.
