April 2025 Is Sexual Assault Awareness Month
Sexual Assault Awareness Month is a time to bring attention to the prevalence of sexual violence, promote education about its impact, and advocate for prevention. For college students, it serves as an opportunity to engage in important conversations about consent, respect, and healthy relationships.
This month, the TAMU-CC Civil Rights / Title IX Office encourages the campus community to learn more about the resources available on campus, support survivors, and actively work toward creating a safer environment for everyone. We invite you to join us at the awareness activities listed below. Together, we all play a vital role in fostering a community built on mutual respect, understanding, and awareness.
