April Is Sexual Assault Awareness Month

Sexual Assault Awareness Month is a time to bring attention to the prevalence of sexual violence and promote education about its impact. For college students, it serves as an opportunity to engage in important conversations about consent, respect, and healthy relationships. 

For April 2026, the TAMU-CC Civil Rights / Title IX Office encourages the campus community to learn more about the resources available on campus and actively work toward creating a safer environment for everyone.
