Ethics and Compliance Committee
Purpose or Function: The Ethics and Compliance Committee provides input on how the university can systematically address risks, identify emerging risks, and monitor mitigation of risks.
Membership: The committee includes the Chief Compliance Officer, Information Security Officer, Director of Environmental, Health & Safety, Director of Financial Assistance, Deputy Athletics Director & Assistant Vice President, University Police Chief, Director of Employee Development and Compliance Services, Research Compliance Officer, Export Control Officer, Academic and Administrative Compliance Officer, the Faculty Senate Speaker, Associate Dean of Students, and Assistant Vice President for Student Life. All members serve in a voting ex-officio capacity.
