During the fiscal year changes can be made to budget pools by submitting a DBR via canopy. If you want to make a planned change as part of the budget process on allocated accounts (1xxxxx, 28xxxxx, 207xxx) please email budget@tamucc.edu and request a Budget Pool Change form. For self-supporting accounts the change can simply be reflected in your Self-Supporting budget sheet. Instructions for both forms can be found on the first tab. Alternatively, you can make a comment on the DBR to make the change permanent on allocated accounts.
