The Texas Leadership Research Scholars (TLRS) Program is scholarship initiative and leadership opportunity program for high-achieving doctoral students. TLRS is a state-wide leadership program offered to select doctoral students planning to attend a Texas public university supported by The Texas Higher Education Coordinator Board (THECB). Through mentoring, research opportunities, and a robust peer network, scholars develop their leadership potential while receiving comprehensive academic support.
