CODE BLUE: Delayed start to 10 a.m. Commencement Ceremony
Major traffic congestion surrounding the American Bank Center was created due to a community race. As a result, the 10 a.m. Commencement ceremony will be delayed to begin at approximately 10:30 a.m.
