Hannah Hanley

Hannah Hanley is a Flight Operations Associate at the Autonomy Research Institute (ARI) at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. In this role, she supports pilots with pre-mission planning, serves as a Visual Observer, and manages logistics to ensure safe and effective UAS operations.
Prior to joining ARI, Hannah was a member of NOAA’s National Response Team through the Conrad Blucher Institute, where she worked on the deployment of weather sensors and current meters. She also served as a Research Assistant, conducting wetland identifications and survey work along the Texas coast.
Hannah holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rogers State University and recently earned her FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate. She holds certifications in Open Water Diving and Diving First Aid and Rescue. Additionally, she earned a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Hannah enjoys painting, hiking, and traveling.
