Learn More About Us
The Island Ambassador program is one of the longest running departmental organizations at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. Established in 1993 before the university welcomed its first freshman class, the program has played an important role in introducing prospective students, families, and guests to the Island University for more than three decades.
Island Ambassadors have helped showcase the growth, traditions, and student experience of Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi through campus tours, recruitment events, and university programs. Today, the program continues to serve as an important part of the campus visit experience by connecting future Islanders with current student leaders who share their experiences and perspectives about life at the university.
