• Online Payment Option - Dissertation Processing Fee
• Pay fee on campus: Cash, Check, Money Order, or debit card. Payments must be made at the Business Office in the student services Building.

1. Log On and create account.
2. Click 'Submit my dissertation/thesis' in the 'Ready to begin?' box located on the right.
3. Click 'Create an Account' in the 'New user?' box.
4. Create your account.
5. Once it is created you will receive a confirmation email.
6. Open this email and it will give you a link to proceed.Once you are able to log into your account, you will see a list of 'submission steps' on the left hand side of your screen. These steps will guide you through process. Each box will be check off as it is completed.

Dissertation review turnaround times are:

• If submitted the week before dissertation submission deadline: 2-3 business days
• If submitted the week of or on the dissertation submission deadline: 5-7 business days

• It is required to complete the Survey of Earned Doctorates online. 
• When complete, send the Certificate of Completion to gradcollege@tamucc.edu.
