Coursework emphasizes:

  • Exercise physiology and advanced metabolic training
  • Biomechanics and movement analysis
  • Strength and conditioning program design
  • Performance testing and data interpretation
  • Sport nutrition and recovery science
  • Motor learning and sport psychology
  • Research design and statistical analysis

Students graduate prepared to apply evidence-based principles in professional performance settings, clinical environments, and advanced academic study.

The program offers three focused specializations designed to deepen expertise in strength and conditioning, applied sport science, or research-intensive study:

Sport and Exercise Science – Strength and Conditioning (CASCE-Accredited Educational Pathway)

CASCE accredited program logoTailored for those pursuing advanced roles in athletic performance, strength and conditioning, and tactical human performance environments, this track emphasizes evidence-based program design, athlete monitoring, performance assessment, and applied sport science.

As a CASCE-accredited educational pathway recognized by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), this specialization aligns with established professional standards in the field and supports long-term career advancement in collegiate, professional, and high-performance settings.
