Mentimeter is a powerful online tool that enables faculty and staff to create interactive presentations. Through live polls, quizzes, word clouds, and Q&A sessions, you can boost engagement and collect instant feedback in any setting, whether online or in-person.

Getting Started

  1. Go to Mentimeter Login.
  2. Sign in with your TAMU-CC credentials.
  3. Explore templates or create your own interactive presentation.
  4. Use the AI Creator to generate question ideas from a prompt or PDF.
  5. Add Mentimeter to Canvas to track attendance or participation. 

How to Use Mentimeter at TAMU-CC

For Faculty & Staff (Creating Presentations):

  • Go to the Mentimeter Login page and log in with SSO or your TAMUCC email address.
  • Build interactive slides, polls, word clouds, and quizzes.
  • Include Mentimeter presentations in lectures, meetings, or virtual sessions.
  • Integrate Mentimeter into course materials or Canvas if needed.
 For Students (Joining a Poll):
  • Scan the Mentimeter QR Code or Open menti.com on your phone, tablet, or laptop.
    • Enter the numeric code shown by your instructor.
  • Submit your responses, votes, or answers—responses can be anonymous or named, depending on class settings.
