Enrolling at the ECDC
To attend the ECDC, children must be at least three years of age or four years of age on or
before September 1 of the current school year.
Enrollment in the ECDC is by lottery, with no academic entry requirement or boundary requirement within Corpus Christi. Students are selected for enrollment through a randomized lottery. If your child is selected, he/she will be notified.
ECDC lottery applications open February 1.

The ECDC offers both free and paid enrollment.

Prekindergarten is not mandatory. However, on enrollment in prekindergarten, a child must attend.
