TAMU-CC Code Blue: Weather Update

TAMU-CC CODE BLUE: All classes and university business today, Tuesday, Jan. 16, continue in a remote capacity.

Due to a hard freeze warning overnight and the potential for unsafe roadways, TAMU-CC will operate remotely (classes and work) from 8-10 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 17. All classes with a start time of 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. will be delivered remotely. All classes with a start time of 10 a.m. and later will be delivered in the format in which they were originally assigned. Students should monitor Blackboard to stay current with their classes and reach out to their professors with any questions or special circumstances.

Advising, registration, and enrollment services will continue in a virtual/remote format until 10 a.m. tomorrow as well. As a reminder, extended hours for these areas are taking place all this week (until 7 p.m. through Thursday and until 6 p.m. on Friday).

Employees are expected to work remotely from 8-10 a.m. on Wednesday and resume in-person operations at 10 a.m. Employees should consult with their supervisors regarding any questions or special circumstances.

As needed, additional updates will be available via Code Blue messaging, the university website, and the local media.
