Larry Mills

Mr. Larry Mills was born in San Antonio and grew up in Corpus Christi. He is a 1977 graduate of Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. In his position with Holt Companies, comprised of Holt CAT, one of the world’s largest Caterpillar dealers, and the five-time NBA Champion San Antonio Spurs, his focus areas include Strategic Planning, Marketing, Leadership Development, and Organizational Development.

Mills also served on the board of directors for the San Antonio Spurs, Clarity Child Guidance Center, Children’s Hospital of San Antonio Foundation, Progeria Research Foundation, and St. Mary’s University. He is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and Ethics Officers Association.
