Biography

John E. Gamble is the Mary & Jeff Bell Endowed Distinguished Professor of Business at Texas A&M University—Corpus Christi. He has taught strategic management and entrepreneurship in the U.S. and Germany for more than 20 years.  He is also the co-author of two strategic management textbooks that are published in 6 languages and used by more than 400 colleges of business. In total Dr. Gamble has co-authored 18 textbook editions and more than 75 intellectual contributions appearing in refereed journals, textbooks, and conference proceedings. Dr. Gamble's intellectual contributions have more than 5,800 citations listed in Google Scholar.

Professor Gamble received his Ph.D., Master of Arts, and Bachelor of Science degrees from The University of Alabama and was a faculty member in the Mitchell College of Business at the University of South Alabama before his appointment to the faculty at Texas A&M University—Corpus Christi.
